About 10 years ago Mike sold our previous house and helped us buy our condo. Mike did an excellent job then, so when it was time to sell my parents home, we knew who to call. Mike really knows the real estate business, understands the current market, and made excellent suggestions. One suggestion I particularly appreciated in the sale of this house is that we do a Pre-sale Home Inspection. My parent's home was built in the 70's, and because I hadn't actually lived there, I was concerned there could be issues with the house I was unaware of. Mike offered to cover the cost of a Home Inspection that would disclose, but not necessarily offer to fix, any issues an Inspector might find, upfront. That was a huge relief to me, and it showed a lot of integrity on Mike's part. The house was priced well, and sold for full asking price on the first day. Everything with Closing went well, and we were very happy with the service we received at Shorewest.
